★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nincs semmi értelme annak, hogy ez a cég létezzen. Az átlag pingem 500 felett van, semmire nem lehet rákeresni a Google-n és akármelyik más böngészőben. Olyan ezzel a wifivel élni, mintha nem is lenne wifi. Nem ajánlom senkinek.
It makes no sense for this company to exist. With an average ping of over 500, nothing can be searched on Google and any other browser. Using this wifi is like not having wifi. I don't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Úgy 1 honapja voltam digimobil sim kártyáért, hát az ügyintéző ficko olyan bunko volt mint a föld. Remélem hogy ha 4IG átveszi digit a személyzet nem oda illő tagjait is lecserélni.
I was about 1 month ago for a digimobil sim card, so the clerk was as bunk as the ground. I hope that if 4IG takes over digital it will also replace the mismatched staff members.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Még az egy csillag is sok nekik. Élvezhetetlen tv adás, abszolút nem segítőkészek, flegmák, folyamatosan szar a net, és a tv. Egyszerűen nem tudják a hibákat elhárítani. Nem csak nálam, szomszédnál, ismerősöknél is ugyanez van. (már aki még nem váltott..)
Even that one star is a lot to them. Unenjoyable tv show, absolutely not helpful, phlegm, constantly fucked on the net and tv. They simply cannot fix the errors. It's not just me, my neighbor, my acquaintances. (already who has not changed yet ..)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mint minden felhasználó csak akkor megy az ember a szolgáltatóhoz ha gondja van.Ide felesleges menni mert a Digi átvette az Invitel előfizetőit sajnos. A rendszerük nem kompatibilis az előző szolgáltatóval nem tudják megmondani ,hogy milyen csatornákat kell ,hogy szolgáltassanak az előfizetéses ért ??? Na és ezt a 21. században az információs társadalomban. Az volt a javaslat ,hogy kössek új szerződést a Digivel !! Nevetséges az egész eljárás az ígért optikai kábel sehol sincs !! Azért adtam 2 csillagot mert az ügyfélszolgálat dolgozói próbáltak segíteni és nagyon segítőkészek voltak.
Like all users, you only go to the service provider if you have a problem. It's unnecessary to go here because Digi has taken over the subscribers of Invitel, unfortunately. Their system is not compatible with the previous service provider they can't tell you what channels they need to provide for the subscription ??? And this in the 21st century information society. The suggestion was to sign a new contract with Digi !! The whole procedure is ridiculous with the promised optical cable nowhere !! I gave it 2 stars because the customer service staff tried to help and were very helpful.
