A	András Bató on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy “egyszerű” akkumulátor cserére vittem be egy iPhone 8 Plus telefont egy szép hétfői napon, tekintve, hogy a weboldalon az ígéret szerint 20 perc alatt cserélik. Ehhez képest a szóbeli közlés az volt, hogy kedden, vagy szerdán lesz alkatrész, ami ha megjön, 40 perc alatt kicserélik. Értesítést nem kaptam, így érdeklődtem én, amire összefüggéstelen félmondatokkal válaszolt a telefon túloldalán a szerviz. Többszöri hamis ígéret és értesítés hiányában pénteken bementem a készülékért. Annyit sem mondtak, hogy bocs’… Ezek után nem ajánlom senkinek ezt a szervizt. A telefont még aznap átvittem egy zuglói szervizbe, ahol azonnal fogadtak és 15 perc alatt kész volt a csere, 1 év garanciával. I did not receive a notification, so I inquired, to which the service on the other side of the phone replied with incoherent half-sentences. In the absence of several false promises and notifications, I went in for the device on Friday. They didn't even say sorry '… After that, I would not recommend this service to anyone. I took the phone to a service center in Zugló that day, where it was received immediately and it was ready to be replaced in 15 minutes, with a 1-year warranty.

Nem jól rakta össze, kimaradt belőle a gumiragasztó ami a vízzáróságot adná , így most fizettem 60.000ft és a telefon sem használható. NEM AJÁNLOM SENKINEK!!! After a display replacement (45,000ft) it was 1.5 when we went back 25,000ft asked for a re-repair. It didn't put together well, the rubber glue was missing from it, which would give it a watertightness, so I just paid 60,000ft and the phone can't be used either. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE !!!

Aki minőségi munkát és precíz kiszolgálást szeretne, az semmiképpen ne válassza ezt az üzletet. Általában egy közepesen ellenszenves és nem túlságosan együttműködő ún. szakember intézkedik és úgy jártunk, hogy egy iPhone 7 telefont vittünk képernyőcserére, melyről azt mondtak, hogy épp nincsen raktáron képernyő, de nemsokára érkezik, így a héten jöhetünk. Mivel semmiféle jelzést nem kaptunk, néhány nappal rá elmentünk megnézni, hogy kész van-e. (Nem mellesleg profiljuk egyik fontos eleme a gyors munkaidő). Előtte próbáltuk elérni őket, kétszeri hívás után nem vettek fel a telefont. Bementünk, azt mondtak, hogy nincsen kész, nem érkezett meg az alkatrész, de szólnak majd, ha megcsinálják. Természetesen semmiféle hívás nem érkezett ezután sem, ezért néhány nappal később megint bementünk, ekkor már készen volt a telefon. Amikor elmagyaráztuk az ügyintézőnek, hogy felháborító, ahogyan intézkednek, meg neki állt feljebb. Se bocsánatkérés, se szabadkozás, semmiféle belátásra való hajlam nem mutatkozott. Szörnyű élmény, borzalmas ember, nem ajánlom. Unfortunately, after an acceptable experience, we took another phone back.
