János telefonon és emailben is elérhető volt, írásban is hamar és informatívan, barátságosan reagált. A kazánunk gyártója tönkrement, erről tájékoztattak előre és arról is kaptunk információt, hogy emiatt mi az amit meg tudnak szerelni, mi az amit nem, milyen lehetőségeink vannak és mi mennyibe kerül. A két szerelő korrektül dolgozott, kérdéseinkre mindig kaptunk magyarázatot, ráadásul rendet, tisztaságot hagytak maguk után a kazán körül. Mi a rövidebb távú, olcsóbb megoldást választottuk egyelőre, de a fűtés ezzel is sokkal jobban működik mint eddig. Az oxigén ellátottság fontossát kiemelték, javaslatot is kaptunk. Kétszer voltak kinn, csak ajánlani tudom őket, alapos csapat, korrekt szakszerű szolgáltatás. :) We called János Ipolyvölgyi and his team to the leaking circulating boiler. János was available by phone and e-mail, and he responded quickly and informatively and in a friendly manner. The manufacturer of our boiler has gone bankrupt, we have been informed about it in advance and we have also received information about what it is possible to install, what it is not, what options we have and how much it costs. The two mechanics worked correctly, we always got an explanation for our questions, and they left order and cleanliness around the boiler. We have opted for the shorter-term, cheaper solution for the time being, but the heating still works much better than before. The importance of oxygen supply was emphasized, and we also received a suggestion. They were out twice, I can only recommend them, thorough team, fair professional service. :)
