Három doboz volt felírva, amelyből kiadtak egyet, és a másik kettőt készlethiány miatt megrendelték. Otthagytam a telefonszámom, kérve őket, hogy amikor megérkezik a gyógyszer, hívjanak fel telefonon (a telefonhívás díját is kifizettem volna), ne kelljen naponta bemennem érdeklődni. Ma, 2 hét után, arrafelé jártam, és a gyógyszer megérkezett, de telefonon nem értesítettek, mert úgymond „nem érnek rá”. About 2 weeks ago, I went into the Iris pharmacy next to the market to get a prescription drug. Three boxes were prescribed, one of which was issued, and the other two were ordered due to lack of stock. I left my phone number asking them to call me when the drug arrived (I would have paid the phone call fee as well) so I didn’t have to go in every day to inquire. Today, after 2 weeks, I went there and the medicine arrived but I wasn’t notified by phone because they say “they don’t get it”.
