Korrekt árak. Kicsi bolt, de minden van, amire az iskolában szükség van. A kiszolgálás pedig elképesztően kedves! Mindkét eladó hölgy, aki ott volt, nagyon segítőkész, barátságos, aranyos! Élmény volt a vásárlás!
Fair prices. It’s a small shop, but it has everything you need at school. And the service is amazingly nice! Both ladies for sale who were there were very helpful, friendly, cute! Shopping was an experience!

Az irka Pest egyik legrégebbi még fennmaradt írószerüzlete. Nem tudom most kinek a kezében van, de ez egy családi vállalkozásként üzemelt. Maga a hely egy igazán felszerelt üzlet. Nagyon kevés dolog van ami miatt máshová kéne menni, így letudhatjuk egyszerre az irodaszer beszerzést, vagy akár a gyerekek beiskolázásához szükséges anyagok beszerzését is.
Irka is one of the oldest surviving stationery shops in Pest. I don’t know in whose hands it is now, but it operated as a family business. The place itself is a really equipped shop. There are very few things that require you to go elsewhere, so you can buy office supplies at the same time, or even purchase materials for your children's schooling.

Attached, my receipt to verify that I am a real buyer. I went through the store 3 times: The first time everything was good. The 2nd time this morning, I bought various products and some leads for my mechanical pencil. The lady was pleasant. However when I returned home, I found that the leads that the saleswoman sold me after asking her for advice by showing her my mechanical pencil were too thin. I needed 0.7mm leads and she sold me 0.5mm leads. Unusable. I thought I could come back later and get an exchange. I put the lead back in its box and go back to the store. I came back to the store but the lady wasn't there but in her place there is the man whom I had seen 3 weeks before. I explain the situation to him calmly and politely. I also take out my technical pencil for him so that he can see the mistake. He takes it from my hands without protective gloves and handles it while we are in a pandemic period and I could have done it myself. He never apologized for the fact that I was sold unsuitable leads. Then he takes the mines out of their box and counts them a part one and tells me that there are 3. It is a box of 12 and it is missing 3, so there are only 9. I obviously realized that when he counted them in front of me. I tell him that I don't understand, because I have no interest in keeping 3 missing 0.5mm leads because my mechanic pencil only accepts 0.7mm leads. Without saying anything, he goes to look for a new box of 0. 7mm leads and tells me its price. It was there that I understood that at no time was he thinking of making an exchange but that he thought that I was going to buy him a new box of leads. I would like to point out that when earlier the lady sold me the box of leads, this product was not plasticized. Do you think I have time to come back to your store to try and get you a product with 3 less leads (worth 25 forints each) when I bought you for 2400 forints of various products? He kept telling me "9!", "9", "9!" without stopping and without offering me anything other than to buy a new box and obviously keeping the other bought this morning which is useless to me. It is not acceptable to treat customers with such disdain. Especially since you are at fault for having sold me an unsuitable product when I showed you my mechanic pencil. You are also responsible for selling me a product containing 9 leads instead of 12. This is the speech I gave you before you told me, fleeing your responsibilities, "I don't understand English". So that we communicated until then without problem. You are not a carpet merchant and I am not a thief. If there is a problem after the sale TAKE RESPONSIBILITY and deliver minimal after-sales service instead of treating your customers like thieves. The objective of this review is not to destroy the reputation of a family stationery but only to objectively relate my experience, to enforce my consumer rights, to warn potential customers and to try to make you understand that your attitude is unacceptable. I'm not giving you 1 star but 2 stars because I enjoyed my first purchases from you, especially the friendly saleswoman this morning was pleasant. However, what just happened ruined everything. Please understand that your non-existent after-sales service and resulting behavior is unacceptable. It's too easy and unfair to think that you can blame your customers without consequence when they come back because you made a mistake. I will never come back to your store again, but hope you will consider my opinion. Learn respect not only when the customer pays but also when there is a problem after the sale. Being a good salesperson doesn't just mean knowing how to take customers' money. But also and above all assume the assume the possibility that you are a fault on your part and remain PROFESSIONAL. Future customers take care that the product is suitable and especially that it is sold complete, because if you come back to the store after having noticed an error, you will have the right to a non-existent after-sales service and will be treated like a thief.
