Köszönjük Istria Tours első és utolsó próbálkozásunk volt veletek! Unfortunately, I can only appreciate it for 1 because it is impossible to reach them on the phone number indicated on the voucher, they have not been taken on several attempts, they have not been called back. Persze a kupon oldalon feltüntett ár köszönő viszonyban sem volt a iroda általi árral, mire Ügyintéző kollégájuk kérte linkeljem be, hol találtam azt a bizonyos kedvezményes árat. Már elnézést de tisztában kellene azzal lenni mit hirdetnek és hol. Tegnapi fenn voltak a kuponos árak így ma már nem tudom belinkelni. Továbbá a kommunikáció nem túl gyors. Hál istennek 100 utazási iroda pótolja önöket. I wanted to pay for travel through the coupon page. Koszos evőeszközök, koszos apartman, wifi, tv nem működött napokig és nem azt az apartmant kaptuk amit az utazási irodánál lefoglaltunk. Jeleztük a helyszinen és az utazási irodának is, érdemi segítséget nem kaptunk. Korábban utaztam már az iroda kapcsán Horvátországba, akkor nem volt ilyen gond..:( Többet nem szeretnék velük utazni és nem ajánlom őket senkinek. Dirty cutlery, dirty apartment, wifi, tv didn't work for days and we didn't get the apartment we booked at the travel agency.
