Én egy okos órát vettem volna a westend-i üzletben ahol közölték hogy nincs csak a mamutban de nem tudják eltenni. Amikor kifizettem akkor azt mondták ok. Akkor már igen mehetek érte. Átmentem de nem volt óra!!!.. hogy is lehet??? Mert ilyen ügyfélbarát a kiszolgálás. Pézt nem adtak vissza, de majd behozzák! Kb. Egy hét. Csak annyi a bibi hogy vidékről jöttem fel és ajándékba adtam volna az órát. Jó ugye!!! EZ NAGYON GÁZ!!!!! Bad business policy! They expire the apple. I would have bought a smart watch at a Westend store where they said they were not just in the mammoth but they couldn't do it. When I paid, they said ok. Then I can go for it. I went over but there was no clock !!! .. how could it be ??? Because it's so customer friendly. The money was not returned, but it will be brought in! About a week. Just enough bibi that I came from the countryside and would have given the watch as a present. Good huh !!! THAT'S VERY GAS !!!!!

Közel 2 hónap alatt nem érkezik meg a termék, telefont nem vesznek fel, email-re nem válaszolnak. 1-es alá! Unbelievable, if I hadn’t seen the store exist, I would think it was a fake site. The product will not arrive in almost 2 months, they will not pick up the phone, they will not reply to emails. Under 1!

Januárban kétszer érdeklődtem minden alkalommal a hó végére, Február elejére ígérték a terméket. Ma jött az e-mail, hogy további 8 hét a várható szállítás, gyártási és szállítási nehézségek miatt. Nonszensz, hogy ez pont ugyan annyi, mint amit aktuálisan az oldalukon is írnak (8-12 hét) az egyedi konfigurációs gépekre. I ordered a custom configuration MacBook model from them (online) in early December and was notified of the expected delivery in 8 weeks. I inquired twice in January each time the product was promised by the end of the month, the beginning of February. Today came the email for an additional 8 weeks due to expected shipping, manufacturing and shipping difficulties. It is nonsense that this is exactly the same as what is currently written on their pages (8-12 weeks) for custom configuration machines.

Első körben arról tájékoztattak, hogy ha a konfigon változtatunk - kisebb ssd - akkor december közepére, karácsony előttre megérkezik. Oké, elfogadtuk. 2022 január 19: se gép, se infó arról, hogy mégis mikor érkezik. Magyarázták közben a hollandiai raktár covid helyzettel, és egyéb okokkal.) Alapszabály, hogy csak akkor javasolj a vevő eredeti igényétől eltérőt, ha azt ha törik ha szakad tartjátok!!! A visszautaljuk a pénzt nem megoldás az ilyen szintű vevői megtévesztésre!
