Teljesen törvényellenes szerződéseket írnak, amiben szerepel, hogy semmilyen garancia nincs, holott minimum egy év a törvényi garancia. Több tanúval kell menni, minden befizetett összegről részletes elismervényt kell kérni, az adásvételi szerződésnél ragaszkodni kell az ár feltüntetéséhez, az autó minden egyes funkcióját végig kell ellenőrizni, mert jellemzően 6-7 funkció egyáltalán nem működött az ott megnézett autókon.
