I had a very bad experience with them for several reasons, including faulty translations, deceptive pricing, bad customer service. 1. As certified translators they mistranslated geographical names, including the name of a country (obvious mistake). 2. When I pointed out other mistakes they sent back an editable version of the document to correct it myself. Proudly boasting, they do it for free. 3. Pricing is unclear on the site, they don’t charge based on the characters but on pages started. I was slightly over one page so was charged double. Including spaces too, by the way. Without spaces my translation was below one page. Apparently it’s a standard. Fine, then inform the customer in advance maybe? 4. Resolving issues was difficult with them as the CEO showed an unhelpful attitude. When I mentioned the mistakes their excuse was “Others make mistakes too, I have seen worse.” Really? :o He wasn't cooperative and couldn't offer solutions to the obvious problems that arised from a poor translation. Basically his suggestion was we solve it with OFFI on our own. The (partial) refund claim was denied. The only positive I can mention was speed, true, they are quick. I will not return.
