★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Négy éve járok hozzá,126 kiló voltam amikor kezdtünk és meg sem álltam 96 kilóig!Azért érdemes edzőhöz járni,mert egyrészt nem marad el az edzés ha tudod,hogy vár az edződ,másrészt a gyakorlatokat mindig úgy csinálja az ember,hogy az használ is valamit.Ádám végtelenül rugalmas és segítőkész ember.Csak ajánlani tudom!
I've been going to him for four years, I was 126 pounds when we started and I didn't stop at 96 pounds! something.Adam is an infinitely flexible and helpful person.I can only recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ádámról csak jót tudok mondani. Nagy elvárásokkal kezdtem neki a közös munkának és ő maradéktalanul megfelelt ezeknek. Odafigyeléssel és nagy szakértelemmel dolgozott együtt velem, hogy elérhessem a kitűzött célt. Nálam ez egy komoly tömegelést (+10 kg) és szálkásítást jelentett (-17 kg), aminek a végére jobb arányokkal egyben sokkal fittebb is lettem.
Többek között segített egy nagyon alaposan átgondolt étrend kidolgozásában (amit ennek köszönhetően nem is volt nehéz betartani), illetve folyamatosan változatos és jó hangulatú edzésekkel segített, hogy a motivációm is megmaradjon. Nagyon korrekt, emberként és szakemberként egyaránt. Őszintén, csak ajánlani tudom.
I can only say good things about Adam. I started working together with high expectations and he fully complied with them. He worked with me with attention and great expertise to achieve my goal. For me, this meant a serious weight gain (+10 kg) and fibering (-17 kg), by the end of which I became much fitter with better proportions.
Among other things, it helped me develop a very well-thought-out diet (which wasn’t hard to follow thanks to it), and it helped me keep my motivation with varied and good workouts all the time. Very fair, both as a person and as a professional. Honestly, I can only recommend.
