Idén már jópár hetet vendégeskedett náluk a NOKIA 6-os készülékem. Szeptemberben már olyan ramaty állapotban kaptam vissza, hogy be sem kapcsolt. Állításuk szerint beázott a telefon, ami addig nem látott nedvességet. A gyenge összeszerelés következtében a kijelző elkezdett kijönni a tokból, ráadásul karcosan kaptam vissza. Ez már a negyedik forduló volt a 8 hónapos készülékkel. Gyalázat a Nokia cégre nézve ez a “szervíz”, senkinek nem ajánlom oda küldeni a telefont, mert rosszabb állapotban kapja vissza, mint ahogyan beadta. A visszaérkező telefonomat igazságügyi szakértőhöz viszem, utána bevasalom rajtuk a költségeket. Innentől kishazánkban nem veszek középkategóriás telefont, ami ehhez a céghez viszi javítattni a készüléket.
This year, my NOKIA 6 has been with them for a couple of weeks. In September, I got it back in such a ramaty state that it didn’t even turn on. They said the phone was soaked, which had not seen any moisture until then. Due to the poor assembly, the display started to come out of the case, and I got it back scratched. This was already the fourth round with the 8-month device. It is a disgrace to Nokia this “service”, I do not recommend anyone to send the phone there because you will get it back in worse condition than it was given. I will take my returning phone to a forensic expert, after which I will charge them. From now on, I will not buy a mid-range phone in our country, which will take this company to repair the device.

Én Finnországban élek és innen vitte másodszor Szombathelyre a DHL a Nokia 7.2-t, első alkalommal a November 2020-i System Update miatt, ami a proximity sensort tette tönkre. Visszatöltöttek rá egy June 2020-i verziót és közölték, hogy szoftver hiba volt, de frissítéssel megoldották. A munkalapra azt írták, frissítsem fel a telefont, miután megkaptam. Egész October 2020-ig lehetett. Majd most febuár elején jött egy System Update értesítés: November 2020, 1,6GB. Feltettem. Ismét !! tönkrement a proximity sensor. ???? Megint elvitte a DHL, ezúttal viszont megzsarolt az Ivy Technologies Kft, miszerint COSMETICS jellegű javítást kell végezni 82 EURÓért, különben nem javítják meg. Első alkalommal sem kellett kinyitni a telefont vagy szétszedni, vérlázítónak tartom ezt a lehúzási kísérletet, botrányt csináltam belőle a finn ügyfélszolgálaton, várom a fejleményeket. Sajnos az itt olvasottak és saját esetem alapján itt is a szokásos látszat: lehúzás, csalás, tipikus magyar mentalitás. 30 év után soha többet nem veszek semmilyen Nokia márkájú terméket.
I live in Finland and from here DHL took the Nokia 7.2 to Szombathely for the second time, for the first time due to the November 2020 System Update which ruined the proximity sensor. They reloaded a version of June 2020 and reported that there was a software bug, but it was fixed with an update. It was written on the worksheet to update the phone after I received it. It could be until October 2020. Then now in early February came a System Update notification: November 2020, 1.6GB. I assumed. Again !! the proximity sensor is broken. ???? It was taken away by DHL again, but this time Ivy Technologies Kft was blackmailed into making a COSMETICS repair for 82 EUR, otherwise it will not be repaired. I didn’t even have to open the phone or disassemble it for the first time, I find this stripping attempt bloodthirsty, I made a scandal out of it at Finnish customer service, I look forward to developments. Unfortunately, based on what I have read here and in my own case, the usual appearance is also here: pulling down, cheating, typical Hungarian mentality. After 30 years, I will never buy any Nokia branded product again.

Sent my Nokia 7 plus for repair as it had stopped charging as there was a issue with the charging port which is a know problem on this model phone - the phone was returned to me unrepairable as it was claimed the handset had liquid damage ?? Phone has never been in contact with any liquid in the 8 months I have had it so if you are unlucky enough to have been supplied a sub standard phone by Nokia and need it repaired I would think again before sending it to IQOR The only positive was they were quick to return my phone and it was well packaged Update 17/08/19 after receiving phone back I then took it to carphone warehouse who passed the phone to Thier repair centre ( teamknowhow) who confirmed the handset had not suffered any liquid damage -was just faulty - the phone was not able to be repaired as no spare parts were available so carphone warehouse exchanged the phone for a new phone ( not a Nokia - not making that mistake again )

FANTASTIC SERVICE. Had an issue with the USB-C port, (recurring problem with the newer Nokia handsets I gather), on my Nokia 8 resulting in no charging ability. Raised a query with Nokia HMD customer service online & within a week I was using a new handset. Excellent service throughout, fully trackable & good communication from all departments. Superb experience. 10/10. Congratulations Nokia, a very happy customer. Thank you.
