K	Klaudia Hetyei on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rendeltünk egy merevlemezt, gyári hibás volt, vissza küldtük, email és rengeteg hívás után értesítettük az illetőt természetesen előtte. Bő egy hónap után el tudtuk érni őket, hogy akkor most mi is lesz, csere vagy javítás...választ alig alig kaptunk. Ki küldték újra, elvileg "javítva" , de ugyanúgy hibás volt, szerintem ugyanazt vissza küldték. Azóta se telefonon se emailen keresztül nem lehet őket elérni. Vissza fizetést szeretnénk, de ahogy olvastam a többi véleményt erről szó sem lesz. Senkinek nem ajánlom ezt az oldalt! We ordered a hard drive, factory defective, we sent it back, we notified the person after email and lots of calls, of course. After a month, we were able to reach them so that we could now have a replacement or repair ... we barely got the answer. Who sent it again, in principle "repaired", but it was just as wrong, I think it was sent back. Since then, they could not be accessed via telephone or email. We want to pay back, but as I read the rest of the reviews, there will be no question. I don't recommend this site to anyone!

Rögtön kapcsolatba léptem velük, segítőkészek voltak, megbeszéltük küldik a megfelelőt, a nem megfelelő megy vissza ugyanazzal a futárral. 5 nap várakozás után felhívtam őket, közölték hogy a futár másnapra jelzett vissza (a 6.napra). Semmi gond. Másnap megérkezett a futár, tőlem elvitte a terméket, azonban másikat nem hozott helyette. 3. napja próbálom elérni őket, de vagy ki van kapcsolva munkaidőben, vagy nem veszik fel a telefont. Benyújtottam az elállásomat a rendelésre, előre félek mikor látom viszont a pénzemet. A számlán az adataimnál csak a vezetéknév egyezik. Ez volt az első és egyben utolsó rendelésem is! The product arrived the next day to order, however, not what I ordered was shipped. I contacted them right away, they were helpful, we arranged to send the right one, the wrong one goes back to the same courier. After 5 days of waiting, I called them, informing them that the courier signaled back the next day (day 6). No problem. The next day the courier arrived, took the product from me, but did not bring another one instead. Day 3 I am trying to reach them but are either turned off during business hours or are not picking up the phone. I submitted my resignation to the order, I am afraid in advance when I see my money in turn. Only the last name matches my account details. This was my first and last order!

Mindezt teljesen ingyen. 5-6 éve már volt náluk egy garanciális cserém ami szintén korrektül intéztek, de akkor még nekem kellet visszaküldeni a hibás terméket. Többen írtak rossz véleményt ezért kicsit tartottam tőle hogy leromlott a szolgáltatás minősége de, nagyon kellemesen csalódtam. Warranty administration went very well. Courier took the wrong product and brought the replacement piece 10 days later. All this for free. They had a warranty replacement for 5-6 years, which was also done correctly, but then I still had to return the defective product. Several people wrote bad reviews so I was a little afraid that the quality of the service deteriorated but, I was very pleasantly disappointed.
Á	Áron on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A rendelés egyszerű volt, gyorsan feldolgozták. A facebookon vettem fel velük a kapcsolatot rendkívül kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak, mindenben tudtak segíteni. Csomagolás, kiszállítás kifogástalan semmi nem sérült. Én legközelebb is innen rendelek.? The order was simple, processed quickly. I contacted them on facebook, they were extremely kind and helpful, they could help with anything. Packaging, delivery is impeccable nothing is damaged. I will order from here next time.?
P	Patrik Rozgonyi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cégnek két 4. kerületi elérhetősége is fel van tüntetve az oldalon, de az hogy valójában a város másik felén a 9.kerületben lehet átvenni egy lemezboltban a termékeket az csak valahol a szövegek közt látható. Ez el is kerülte a figyelmem így. Sajnos mivel másnap kellett volna a termék és addig nem volt lehetőségem nyitvatartási időben odaérni,. pedig direkt ezért választottam őket mert közel vannak a kapcsoalt oldaluk szerint így le kellett mondanom a megrendelést. Ez még egy dolog, de az első webshop ahol "formanyomtatványt" (valójában egy bemásolt szöveg az oldaluk információs részéről) kitöltése kellett ahhoz hogy visszakapjam a pénzem miutáj kiderült hogy oda nem tudok érte elmenni. Csupa olyan adattal ami nekik meg volt és semmi szükség nem volt erre a körre, illetve egy IT cégtől egyszerűen elfogadhatatlan ez 2022-ben. Csak nem az a cél hogy hátha valaki elfelejti és a ping-pong közepette benn maradjon a pénz?!? It even escaped my attention this way. Unfortunately, since the product should have been the next day and I didn't have the opportunity to get there during the opening hours. and that's why I chose them because they are close according to their linked side, so I had to cancel the order. That’s one more thing, but the first webshop where I had to fill out a “form” (actually a copied text from the information section of their page) to get my money back after it turned out I couldn’t go there for it. It is full of data that they had and there was no need for this circle, and it is simply unacceptable for an IT company in 2022. Isn't the goal just to make sure you forget and keep the money in the middle of ping-pong?!?
