Soha nem találkoztam még ennyire faragatlan és kellemetlen emberrel. Az anyakönyvvezető kiválóan végezte a munkáját, de a szervezésnél legközelebb gondolják át, hogy ki várja a házasulandókat, mert igen keserű szájízzel zajlott az esemény az ajtónálló hölgynek köszönhetően. Ő megalapozta a hangulatot.
One of the most unpleasant experiences of my life was caused by the door-like blonde haired lady who wasn't really impressed by the fact that it was a crucial and important day for a family. I have never met such a careless and unpleasant person. The registrar did a great job, but next to the organization was thinking about who was expecting the married couple, because the event was a bitter mouthful thanks to the door-lady. Confused information, rudeness and chaos characterize the office. The opening hours on the office's website are incorrect, there is no reception at all on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lassú, nincs tájékoztatás és felelősségvállalás. Megkerdőjelezhető a tájékozotságuk és a segítőkészségük.
Példa: Kérvény leadás ellenében sem sikerült a megfelelő címre kiállítani újszülött kislányunk lakcínkártyáját. Átvételkor személyesen és email-ben is jeleztem. Válasz: nem.okoz hatranyt és bárhol fogadási időben elintézhetem.
Tapasztalataim:
1. De okoz hátrányt, most még csak a pótszabadságok kapcsán, ki tudja még majd mikor, miben.
2. Csak szenelyesen intézhető de a kormanyablakok túlterheltek
3. A módosításához már személyit is kell intézni
4. Normál esetben sem ideális, pandémia alatt különösen nem egy 1 hónapos gyerekkel kormanyablakokat járni.
Röviden sem szakértelem sem szimpátia.
