★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Egy társasház teljes tetőfelújítása lett megrendelve a vállalkozótól. A munka lassan féléve csúszik, kb. 90%-os állapotban van az új tető. Azóta rendszeresen beàzok a szellezőnyíláson keresztül több, mint 2 hónapja. A vállalkozó csak hitegett, legutóbb már fel se vette a telefont. 3 hónapja folyamatosan kérek teljes elszámolást, nem kapok. Erősebb viharban több bádoglemezt is lefújt a szél, ennek a kijavítása 2 hónap után történt meg. A megmaradt, kifizetett fa- és szigetelőanyagot a ház megkérdezése nélkül elvitte. Többször kellett szólni, hogy takarítsanak össze maguk után. A garázs esőfogóját is betörték.
