K	Krisztina Mészárosné Kelemen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nyaralásunk első napján eltört egy cső a hűtővíz termosztátnál. Még aznap fogadott a szerviz kb. 13-14 óra körül. Nem igértek semmit, de azonnal elkezdték vizsgálni a gondot. 16:30 körül telefonáltunk, akkor számolták össze a költségeket, szóval még aznap megcsinálták, és kicserélték a termosztátot. Nem mondom, hogy a legkedvesebb, leginformatívabb és legolcsóbb autoszerviz, de nagyon rendesek voltak, hogy még aznap megjavították a kocsit. Közel egy hónap telt el a javítás óta, de azóta sincs probléma a kocsival. On the first day of our holiday, a pipe at the cooling water thermostat broke. The same day the service received approx. Around 13-14. They didn't promise anything, but immediately they started investigating the problem. We called around 16:30, then the costs were calculated, so they did it that day and replaced the thermostat. I'm not saying it's the kindest, most informative, and the cheapest car service out there, but it was very good to have the car repaired that day. It's been almost a month since the repair, but there's still no problem with the car.

Interneten találtuk mint autószerviz - némi segítség reményében felkerestük. Elismerem hogy zárás után érkeztünk, igaz csak pár perccel, de ennyire negatív hozzáállással még nem találkoztam !! Ember, hogy mondhatsz olyat "majd holnap ránézek" !!?? kb. 100 km-re vagyok az otthonomtól, családdal és így elhajtasz !!?? Ha gyors segítségre van szükség, tudom hova nem érdemes fordulni !!! We were driving in Füred with the family when I noticed that fuel was leaking from the car - a "puddle" formed under the engine when stopped. We found it on the internet as a car service - we visited it for some help. I admit that we arrived after closing, true only a few minutes, but I have not encountered such a negative attitude yet !! Man, how can you say "I'll look at it tomorrow" !! ?? approx. I am 100 km from my home with family and so you drive !! !! If you need quick help, I know where to turn !!!

Szinte csak egy uton feltuno tabla miatt jutott eszembe a klimat megnezetni. Keszseges volt a tulaj. Azonnal neki kezdett. Nem volt tularazott. Maximalis respekt Stem, this mentality is missing from some service unfortunately. I wasn't logged in, we were on vacation. It almost occurred to me to see the climate because of a sign that popped up. The owner was greedy. He started for him immediately. He wasn't overwhelmed. Maximum respect
l	lászló Rácz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem működött a klíma az autóban. Anyakönyvvezetőt vittem esküvőre. Gondolhatják miket hallgattam a 40 fokos autóban? Balatonfüredent Interneten találtam rájuk. Telefon, és 5 perc alatt ott voltam a műhelynél. Azonnal nekiálltak, fél óra alatt kész volt az autó. Szolgálatkész, hozzáértő főnök és személyzet, korrekt ár. Nagy, nagy köszönet!!! Ja, és Brunó kutyát simogassátok meg? Nagyon szereti!!! The air conditioning in the car did not work. I took a registrar to a wedding. They may think what I was listening to in the 40 degree car? R	Roland Kardos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klíma nyomáskapcsolónál eresztette el a hűtőközeget egy Skoda Octavia ,az alkatrész kb. 15.000Ft( netes rendelés esetén) ,feltöltés, nyomáspróba, uv folyadék drága helyeken 25.000Ft, 500g r134 kell bele, az autó 2 órát volt a műhelyben, helyszínen megvártam a javítást. 75.000Ft volt a javítás vége, amikor megkérdeztem mi kerül ebben ennyibe akkor jött a szöveg, hogy a javítás gyors volt a hűtőközeg drága, meg a gép is meg a műhely is. Hirtelen nem lett jó az alkatrész amit beszereltek gyári hibás és az összes ilyen, javasolták a gyárit ami 40.000Ft, hagyjam ott az autót egy napra(nem tudom mi lett volna a végösszeg) Mondtam, hogy akkor elviszem az autót hagyják abba a munkát, emberünk keze remegett az idegtől mikor a gyári hibás alkatrészt mutogatta! Végül megoldódott az alkatrész probléma viszonylag gyorsan, amikor mondtam, hogy nem az összeg miatt viszem el, hanem mert nem fogom ott hagyni az autót nekik! Kifizettem a 75.000Ft-ot és elválltunk egymástól! Eventually, the parts problem was resolved relatively quickly when I said I wasn’t taking it because of the amount, but because I wasn’t going to leave the car there for them! I paid 75,000 HUF and we parted ways! The air conditioning cools the installation was fast…
