★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked by phone one day before to our appoinment, and when we arrived they told us that we werent in their system and that they were fully booked for the day.
They not Just made us leave the Hot springs early to be there in time, but also the opportunity of having a massage in budapest...as we have to leave Budapest the next day.
Really really bad booking service.

Very nice atmosphere.
Lady at reception always very helpful and welcoming.
Never had any problems with appointments.
The ladies doing the massage are true profesdionals. They do their job with much strenght and gentleness at the same time.
My favourite so far is a lady called Aum (she's here temporarily from Debrecen).
Thank you for all the ladies for their dedication and hard work.:)

Today I had worse foot massage ever.
I recommended them for many over the years, unfortunately I have to say today do not go anymore!
