★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Csak azért 5*, mert közel lakom jó ideje. Ide hoztam a lányaim, mikor kicsik voltak, így érzelmi szálak is kötnek a helyhez. Egyébként rossz helyen van, mert az egész napos gyerekzsivaj és a labda folyamatos kerítésnek rugdosása zavarja a lakókat. Kevés cucc van benne és le vannak harcolva. A két mászóka még jó valamire.
