Eredetileg a házban lakó kisgyermekek részére készült, később a közös képviselő pár lakó kérésének eleget téve, a tulajdonostársak megkérdezése nélkül a ház közös pénzéből vásárolt kosárlabda palánkot, a labda pattogtatás sok lakónak okoz kellemetlenséget.
 The closed indoor playground of Andor Újbuda Condominium. Few Condominiums have their own closed exclusive use playground. Originally designed for small children living in the house, later on, at the request of a couple of residents of the common representative, the basketball seedlings bought from the house's money without asking the co-owners, the ball pops up for many residents.
