Várostörténelem

A terület az újkőkor óta lakott. A várost először 1183-ban említik. Nagy Lajos király uralkodása idején a régió legjelentősebb városává fejlődött, 1498-ban szabad királyi városi rangot kapott. A török uralom után, 1715-ben kapta vissza ezt a rangját. 1719. május 21-én címert kapott, ma is május 21-én ünneplik a város napját. Az 1848–49-es forradalom és szabadságharc több jeles eseménye is kötődik a városhoz. Szeged történelmének és a mai városkép kialakulásának egyik legmeghatározóbb eseménye az 1879-es árvíz. Az épületek nagy része elpusztult, és a mai Szeged nagyrészt az árvíz után épült: szebb, modernebb épületek váltották fel a régieket.

Külön plusz pont a hűtőben lévő gyümölcsléért és ásványvízért. A fürdő is teljesen felszerelt: tusfürdők, sampon,vattapamacs,fültisztító,hajszarító és rengeteg törölköző stb. Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek aki erre látogat. So rare to find attentive host. I am totally satisfied with everything. Fully child-friendly place. There is also a special point for juice and mineral water in the refrigerator. Everything you need for a few days in Szeged is already waiting for you there, from plates, pots to cold beer in fridge (not kiddding). Been there two times and gonna stay in future for sure.
