Először egy hölggyel sikerült beszélnünk aki azzal nyitott, hogy a foglalásunkat megelőző nap elfelejtette a szállás árát megemelni és ezért tudtuk ilyen olcsón lefoglalni, ami neki ráfizetés lesz. Ezután megadta a férje lehetőségét mondván vele beszéljük meg a részleteket, neki tegyük fel a kérdéseinket. Az úriembert felhívva rögtön azzal kezdte, hogy fizessünk neki előleget, mert ő már párszor megjárta így, hogy a vendégek a foglalás ellenére nem jelentek meg. Hiába mondtuk, hogy a booking-on nem szerepel sehol az előleg fizetés. Eztkövetően azzal folytatta, hogy külöben is azért az árért amiért mi foglaltunk nem adja ki nekünk a szállást szilveszterre különfélé okora hivatkozva pl. tüzijátékok, alkoholfogyasztás stb.. Hiába hivatkoztunk a booking-os foglalásunkra azt mondta őt nem érdekli. Jelentettük az esetet a booking-nak akik felvették vele a kapcsolatot majd a booking jelezte felénk, hogy a szállásadó nem fogad minket ezért a booking szerzett nekünk egy másik szállást. Mindenkinek ajánlom aki itt foglal, hogy foglalás után rögtön lépjen kapcsolatba a szállásadóval nehogy időközben meggondolja magát az úriember és a helyszínen kelljen magasabb árat fizetni.
