A látogatást későbbi időpontra halasztottuk, a fel nem használt jegyek árát pár napon belül visszakaptuk. Még egyszer köszönjük!!! Again, I would like to express my satisfaction with the administration of the Ticketmaster. This is a refund of our tickets for the Cezanne exhibition. The visit was postponed to a later date and the price of unused tickets was returned within a few days. Thanks again !!!
D	Dvasa Vertik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A vásárlókat megtévesztik, mert az Operaelőadásokra elérhető helyek száma köszönő viszonyban sincs az Opera tényleges honlapján elérhető helyek számával. Ez szerintük: "A Jegymester Kft. az Opera viszonteladói partnere. Olyan jegyeket, helyeket tudunk értékesíteni, amit engedélyeznek nekünk. Azok a helyek, amelyek oldalunkon elérhető, az az Opera oldalán nem." Tehát megveszed náluk a jegyet és kiderül, hogy a jegyek töredékét jogosak csak árusítani. Erről információ csak az eldugott üfsz-ükben van. Ha vissza akarod váltani a jegyet, akkor "Vevő a 45/2014. (II.26.) Korm. rendelet 29. § (1) bekezdésének l) pontjának értelmében elállási jogot a vásárlást követően nem gyakorolhat, tekintettel arra, hogy szabadidős tevékenységekhez kapcsolódó szolgáltatás egy meghatározott időpontra vagy idősávra szól." Tehát megvetted a pocsék helyre szóló jegyed, így jártál, miért nem nézted meg az Opera tényleges honlapját! Ne vásároljon senki tőlük, fel kell menni az adott rendezvény/helyszín honlapjára, ahol a tényleges helyeket lehet megvásárolni, nem csak azt, amire a jegymester jogosult. A képek magukért beszélnek. Customers are being misled because the number of seats available for Opera performances is out of proportion to the number of seats available on Opera's actual website. According to them: "Jegymester Kft. Is a reseller partner of Opera. We can sell tickets and places that are allowed to us. The places that are available on our site are not on the Opera site." So you buy the ticket from them and it turns out that they are only entitled to sell a fraction of the tickets. Information about this is only in their hidden hub. If you want to redeem your ticket, then "Pursuant to Section 29 (1) (l) of Government Decree 45/2014 (II.26.), The buyer may not exercise the right of withdrawal after the purchase, given that the service related to leisure activities is for a specific date or time zone. " So you bought your ticket to a lousy place, so you went to see why you didn’t check out the actual Opera website! Don’t buy from them, you need to go to the website of the event / venue where the actual venues can be purchased, not just what the ticket manager is entitled to. The pictures speak for themselves.

They told me that I can exchange the tickets using the service on the webpage, but the service continuously showed and error. They were stubborn and pointed me via email to the very same erroneous page. It seems like when you buy the tickets then you might have some problems. I suggest finding other website. I am still waiting for the refund, meanwhile I give them two stars, because at least they sold me some tickets...

It could be unpleasant occasion for them but they replied to me relatively quickly and try to help as the best as they could. As a person who has been living in budapest for a while, good customer service is very vulnerable fact to face with and worthy of praise. I want to appreciate their customer service and hoping for a great success in their further path.
