Mint utóbb kiderült, barátnőm maszkja is ugyanígy járt. Ezt jeleztem az üzletnek, annyit írtak, hogy kézzel kell mosni és nem szabad fehéríteni (a fekete maszkot!)... Köszi... Sajnos sok eladó nem érti, hogy felelősséget kell vállalnia az eladott termékért, akkor is, ha filléres dolog, akkor is, ha értékes. Nyilván a minőségi hiba nem az eladó hibája, de a hozzáállással komoly gondok vannak.
