A kiválasztás: A képek alapján tetszett, baráti összejövetelre, borozgatásra, egy éjszakára ideálisnak gondoltam (13 fő).
Sajnos a booking menedzser minden második mondata számomra elfogadhatatlan stílusban, nulla segítőkészséget mutatva azonban az volt ha kérdeztem/kértem valamit, hogy "asszonyom ha nem tetszik törölhetem is most a foglalást". A kérésem/kérdésem a gyerekkedvezményre (4,6,7 évest is felnőttnek számolták) valamint egy apartman elcserélésére vonatkozott (booking még szabadnak jelezte nekem holott hetekkel azelőtt foglalták már állítólag). Végül azon az áron amit ez a rezidencia javasolt mi egy másik panzióban apartmanokat foglaltunk, kemencés vacsorát készítettek nekünk, a teraszról a siklósi várban gyönyörködtünk, borkóstolón vettünk részt helyben, pincelátogatással (nem kevés bort vásároltunk) és másnap még a reggelire sem volt gondunk, a szaunázási lehetőségről vagy a gyerekek kikapcsolódási lehetőségéről nem is beszélve. :) Szóval nem tudom mire volt ez a nagy magabiztosságuk. Sok szerencsét kívánok Önöknek a jövőben!
I can only appreciate the quality of the booking as we did not end up staying here.
The selection: I liked it based on the pictures, I thought it was ideal for a gathering of friends, wine, one night (13 people).
Unfortunately, every second sentence of the booking manager was in a style that was unacceptable to me, but showing zero helpfulness was when I asked / asked something, "ma'am, if you don't like it, I can cancel the reservation now." My request / question was about the child discount (4,6,7 years old was also considered an adult) and the exchange of an apartment (booking still indicated to me that it had been booked weeks before). Finally, at the price suggested by this residence, we booked apartments in another pension, prepared an oven for dinner, enjoyed the terrace in the castle of Siklós, had a wine tasting on site, visited the cellar (we bought a lot of wine) and the next day we didn't even have a problem. not to mention the possibility of sauna or relaxation for children. :) So I don't know what their great confidence was. I wish you good luck in the future!
