★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha egy vásárló bankkártyával akar kifizetni egy akár pár 100 forintos maszkot, akármit ami olcsóbb - egy online kasszával rendelkező kereskedőnél, akkor a kereskedő nem mondhat nemet a vásárlónak, nem utasíthatja el a bankkártyát. Ezzel nemcsak kellemetlenséget okoznak, belekényszerítik a vásárlót egy drágább termék vásárlásába.
Emiatt a 72 éves édesanyámnak haza kellett jönnie, felmásznia 4. emeletre egy maszk miatt, ugyanis nem voltak hajlandóak elfogadni a bankkártyát egy darab maszk vásárlásakor.
Felhívom a gyógyszertár tulajának és ott dolgozók figyelmét, hogy emiatt a vásárló a bankkártyáját kibocsátó, kártyaelfogadási szolgáltatást biztosító banknál, fogyasztóvédelemnél is panaszt tehet. És...mivel már nem 80-90-es években járunk, az emberek a google értékeléseket is megnézik mielőtt vásárolnak. Szerencsére akad azért elég sok gyógyszertár Miskolcon, sőt ennél olcsóbb is. Én többet ebben a gyógyszertárban nem vásárlok semmit és nem ajánlom senkinek se.

This not only causes inconvenience, they force the buyer to buy a more expensive product.
Because of this, my 72-year-old mother had to come home, climb up to the 4th floor for a mask, as they refused to accept the credit card when she bought a piece of the mask.
I would like to draw the attention of the owner of the pharmacy and the people working there to the fact that the customer can also complain to the bank issuing the bank card and providing the card acceptance service. And ... since we’re not in our 80s and 90s anymore, people also look at google reviews before they buy. Fortunately, there are quite a few pharmacies in Miskolc, and even cheaper. I don’t buy anything anymore at this pharmacy and I don’t recommend it to anyone.
