Az előadáson az ügyfélélmény növeléséről és arról volt szó, hogy mennyit számít 1%. Ha csak minden nap 1%-al vagyunk jobbak a tegnapi önmagunknál egy év alatt 37x lehetünk jobbak valamiben, ahhoz képest, mint ahonnan indultunk. Úgy gondolom, hogy a cég tulajdonosa és munkatársai teljesen tisztában vannak ezzel a mentalitással ? Még soha nem kaptam ilyen aranyos üzenetet más könyves rendelés esetén. És egyetlen mondat, mégis mennyit számít az ügyfélélmény növelésében. Köszönöm ? Mindenképp ajánlom az oldalt! I was at a lecture recently, Albert Sárospataki was the presenter, on his recommendation I bought a book from here mert (because it was only available here). The presentation was about increasing the customer experience and how much 1% counts. If we are only 1% better every day than ourselves in yesterday, we could be 37x better at something compared to where we started. I think the owner and employees of the company are fully aware of this mentality ? I have never received such a cute message with another book order. And one sentence, yet how much it matters in enhancing the customer experience. Thank you ? I definitely recommend the site!
