★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minden csak rendelésre van, s az eladó sem áll a helyzet magaslatán. Megkérdezte ugyan, hogy miben segíthet, de végül semmiben sem tudott. Még az alátét négyzetméter árának kiszámítása sem sikerült.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos teljesen megbízhatatlan a Fehérvári cég. Lassan 1 éve rendeltünk 9 beltéri ajtót, abból 2-t méretre kellett gyártani. 8 ajtó és a tokok rendben megjöttek, viszont egy tokot rosszul gyártottak le. Pótlására kb.3 hónapot kellett várni,majd mikor megérkezett szembesültünk vele,hogy ugyan úgy rossz mint az előző. Ennek is kb. 1 hónapja. Telefont a legtöbb esetben fel sem veszik. Napokban érdeklődésünkre azt mondták,hogy rendelhetnek újabb tokot amire szintén kb.3 hónapot kellene várni,de csak ha kifizetjük. Na ez a pofátlanság netovábbja szerintem!
Unfortunately, the company in Fehérvár is completely unreliable. Slowly 1 year ago we ordered 9 interior doors, 2 of which had to be made to size. 8 doors and cases came in fine, but one case was made badly. It took about 3 months to make up for it, and when we arrived we were confronted with it as bad as the previous one. This also takes approx. 1 month ago. In most cases, the phone is not picked up. Days ago we were told that they could order another case, which would also take about 3 months, but only if we paid. Well, this is the nonsense of the nonsense I think!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 éve cseréltettünk 2 ablakot egy másik ablakos cégnél, azt megbántuk, (a végén többe került, mint az ajánlatban volt, és a berakás sem lett szép). Egy kivitelező barátunk javasolta, hogy ide jöjjünk, itt korrekt tájékoztatást kaptunk, Delta biztonsági ajtót és Prémium CPL ajtót, vinyl padlót vettünk nagyon jó áron! Köszönjük! Minden nagyon szép lett!
1 year we replaced 2 windows with another window company, we regretted it (in the end it cost more than what was on offer and the installation did not look nice). A construction friend suggested that we come here, we got the correct information here, we bought the Delta security door and Premium CPL door, vinyl floor at a very good price! Thank You! Everything was beautiful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ajtó felmérés után (11000 Ft) elhagyták a felmérési lapot. Sokadik telefonálás és személyes egyeztetés után is csak ígérgetnek, hogy hívnak majd, keresnek, kijönnek és felmérik újra az ajtókat ingyen. Erre már több mint egy hónapja várunk, és mindig mi keressük őket, de csak a magyarázkodás megy. Mint kiderült másik három felmérés eredménye is elveszett. Semmiféle vevőközpontúságot nem tapasztaltunk, így a bizalmunk egyre kisebb és már az "ingyen" felmérés sem vonzó. Inkább bukjuk az összeget és megcsináltatjuk máshol a 6 ajtót. :(
After the door survey (11000 HUF) the survey form was abandoned. Even after several phone calls and face-to-face meetings, they only promise to call, search, come out and reassess the doors for free. We've been waiting for this for over a month now, and we're always looking for them, but only the explanation goes. As it turned out, the results of the other three surveys were lost. We have not experienced any customer-centricity, so our confidence is getting lower and the "free" survey is not attractive. We would rather drop the amount and do the other 6 doors elsewhere. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem igazán voltak a toppon. Hiába kérdeztem a WPC falburkolatokról nem tudtak segíteni. A neten több információt szereztem mint az eladótól. Pl. az eladó szerint 2m-es szállakban kapható a neten pedig 5,8m találtam. Azt hiszem el kell mennem máshova hogy megnézzem ezt a rendszert, és a kivitelezéshez megfelelő információkat kapjak.
They weren't really on the top. In vain I asked about WPC wall coverings they couldn’t help. I got more information online than from the seller. For example, according to the seller, I found it in 2m hotels and found 5.8m on the net. I think I need to go elsewhere to look at this system and get the right information for the implementation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az ügyintézés rugalmas, a redőnyök minőséginek tűnnek, valóban nagyon kedvező áron vannak, több helyről kértem árajánlatot és 2 redőny esetében 100.000 ft árkülönbség volt. A kapcsolattartó szerelőjük is minden fellépő problémát kezelt (nem volt hova rögzíteni a redőnyt) és másnap felmérte a helyzetet nem kellett heteket várni. Korrektek.
The administration is flexible, the shutters seem to be of high quality, they are really at a very reasonable price, I asked for a quote from several places and in the case of 2 shutters there was a price difference of 100,000 ft. Their contact mechanic also dealt with any problems that arose (there was nowhere to fix the shutters) and assessed the situation the next day without having to wait weeks. Correct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tehetetlen, inkompetens, flegma banda. Írásba adták, hogy 15 napig érvényes az árajánlatuk, de szavukat nem tartják. Határidőn belül fellengzősen odavetik, hogy ja, ez minimum 30%-al drágább. Kiderült, hogy már 1-2 nap múlva sem élt az ajánlat, erről nem tájékoztatnak. Egyáltalán semmi megoldási javaslat, nem érdekli őket ügyfél.
A helpless, incompetent, phlegmatic gang. They wrote that their quote was valid for 15 days, but they did not keep their word. Within the deadline, they’re throwing up that, yes, it’s at least 30% more expensive. It turned out that the offer did not live up to 1-2 days later, they will not be informed about it. No solution at all, they are not interested in customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A megrendelésig tartott a "korrektség". Már a kiszállításkor is sérült volt az ablak. A beépítést kiadják alvállalkozóknak, akikért nem vállalnak felelősséget. Semmiféle garanciát NEM vállaltak.
Az ablakom hónapokig nem csukódott felül, mert túlhúzták a felső keretet, kb.5x kellett beállíttatni, majd kiderült, hogy falsíkba sem volt rakva. Az ablak alatt a fal beázott, a festék a belső falon elszineződött, felhólyagosodott. Teljesen szét kellett szerelni, újra beépíteni. Soha senkinek Nem ajánlom!
The "correctness" lasted until the order. The window was already damaged during delivery. The installation is outsourced for which they do not take responsibility. NO WARRANTIES ARE PROVIDED.
My window didn’t close for months because the top frame was pulled over, it had to be adjusted about 5x, and then it turned out it wasn’t even stacked in a wall plane. Under the window, the wall was soaked, the paint on the inside wall was discolored, blistered. It had to be completely disassembled and re-installed. I would never recommend it to anyone!
