Remélem a jövőben nem csak a nagy haszonnal kecsegtető érdeklődésekre válaszolnak majd. Sok sikert a vállalkozásukhoz és remélem a jövőben kis megrendeléseket is le lehet önöknél adni majd! I’m glad everyone is happy with them, well I didn’t because I once asked them for a quote on a 90x150 window and I’ve been waiting for that for four months ever since! I hope that in the future they will not only respond to promising interests. Good luck with your business and I hope you can place small orders with you in the future!

Néhány napon belül felmérték, egy hónappal később pedig beépítették a termékeket. A redőnyöknek különösen örültünk, mert a régi reluxák is már nagyon vacakok voltak. Nagyon elégedett vagyunk és végre a gyerekszoba ablakán sem dől már be hideg, mint korábban, az a szoba különösen huzatos volt! Köszönjük szépen a precíz hozzáállást és a minőségi kivitelezést! Először kiadták egy másik megrendelőnek, mert az ő ajtója a szállítás során megsérült, utána jobb helyett balos ajtót adtak ki, a harmadik alkalommal pedig sürgősen el kellett menniük és bezárták a boltot már 15:00- kor 17:00 helyett. A panaszkezelésük nulla. Egy hétig hitegettek, hogy beszerzik, pedig ecseteltem, hogy nem tudunk elmenni otthonról, mert nem lehet bezárni az ajtót. Az első pár napban a gyári száma alapján nem lehetett beazonosítani a zárat. Aztán mégis sikerült, de az mégsem akart megérkezni. A nyolcadik napon megrendeltem máshonnan, onnan másnap megkaptam. Azonnal utaltam. Jeleztem feléjük, hogy elég sürgős, ha beérkeznek a termékek azonnal jelezzék felém. Vártam két hetet újra, majd a 3.héten érdeklődtem emailben, tudnak-e valamit. Nulla választ kaptam! Vártam még 4 napot majd felhívtam az üzletet, ahol a helyettesítő kolléga jelezte, hogy már 1 hete megérkezett az általam rendelt termék(ek) csak erről elfelejtettek tájékoztatni! Még jó, hogy sürgős...:)))) Vajon ha utólag fizetne az ügyfél, akkor is így állnának az emberhez? Szánalmas. Soha többet nem rendelek ettől a cégtől. Aztán gyorsan kiderült, hogy az adott témában nem túl tájékozott. Vagy csak pont nem volt kedve csip-csup dolgokkal foglalkozni... Katasztrófa! I’m sorry that the man working there (I wouldn’t call it gentleman) deviated from our “petty” quote request - which hasn’t arrived since - after hitting a nearly one million deal with an entrepreneur in front of us by talking about private matters for half an hour and the three of us we waited for it to happen. Then it quickly became clear that he was not very knowledgeable about the topic. Or he just didn't want to deal with chips ... Disaster!
