Egy alu rátétes kifelé nyíló műanyag bejárati ajtót rendeltem tőlünk. 5 alkalommal mentem vissza az alu rátétér de még mind a mai napig nem kaptam meg. Mindíg csak hitegetés hogy majd a jövő héten... Az ajtó olyan silány minőségű hogy azt nem lehet leirni.Fél év alatt elvetemedett az egész simán bezárva a kilincs felnyomása nélkül K. b. 1cm rés van kilátni a szabadba. Már 2 nyilászáróssal is állítattam de mondták hogy kuka az egész mert nagyon gyenge a vasalt.Ennyit a k.b 150000Ft ajtótól.Az üzletbe(Miskolc) is pocsék a kiszolgálás akkár hányszor visszamentem mindenki csak panaszkodott rájuk.Soha többé JOLA. In half a year, the whole thing is warped and closed smoothly without pressing the handle K. b. There is a 1cm gap to look out into the open. I already set it up with 2 doors and windows, but they said that the whole thing is trash because the iron is very weak. So much from the door of approx. 150000 HUF.

Bejárati ajtót, fokozott hőszigetelő képességű ablakokat, és beltéri ajtókat vásároltam náluk. Nagyon jó műszaki, és esztétikai tartalmat sikerült vennem, egy osztállyal kevesebb árért. A megrendelés során folyamatosan e-mailes kapcsolatban voltunk az üzlettel, ahol mindig pontos tájékoztatást adtak a megrendelés állapotáról, így pontosan tudtunk tervezni és a termék megérkezése után másfél hét múlva a helyére kerültek a megrendelt laminált padlók és beltéri ajtók. A telefont soha nem veszik fel, se a névjegykártya szerinti főnök, se a honlapon megadott számon. Személyesen mentünk vissza egyeztetési céllal, és tanácsolták, hogy legközelebb SMS-ben kérjem a visszahívást, vissza fognak hívni. Nem hívtak, akárhány SMS-t is küldtem. Bő egy hónapja ígérték, hogy kijön hozzánk a kollégájuk felmérni a rendelési igényt, azóta is jön... Nálam a kommunikáció és az ügyfélkezelés nulla, de olyat nem lehet adni, így marad az egy csillag. Máshonnan rendeltük meg a nyílászárókat és a burkolóanyagokat, a mi pénzünk nem kellett nekik. Ha megkérdezik a miskolci és miklósi eladókat biztos fogják tudni az okát! A rendelést visszamondtam mert a kiszallítást sem tudták biztositani és mert önkényesen árat emeltek a már kiszámlázott árura a számla fizetési határidejenek lejárata előtt.....röviden ez volt a probléma. De olyan türelmes,hozzáértő,rendkívül segítőkész és sok jó tanácsot adó,professzionális kiszolgálásban volt részünk Valentin és Zsolt részéről, hogy maradtunk is náluk.
