Számla is megvan, és hibátlan-bontatlan állapotban van.Hozzáteszem, le akartuk vásárolni. Ilyen hozzáállással még nem találkoztam egyetlen üzletben sem. Nem ajánlom a boltot senkinek! Most, lassan 3 hónap elteltével még időpontot sem tudnak mondani, hogy mikor lesz a termék beszállítva. Pécsi kollégák rettentő lekezelő módon közlik, hogy ez a gyártó nem küld visszaigazolást. Ha igaz, miért forgalmazzák a terméküket? Nem hívnak vissza, nem reagálnak, csak vonogatják a vállukat és persze a pénz már Önöknél. Soha, senki ne rendeljen Jolá-tól, ha időben akar termékhez vagy infóhoz jutni! In November 2021, we ordered a door sliding into the plasterboard wall at the Pécs branch office. We have paid an advance. Now, slowly after 3 months, they can’t even tell a date when the product will be delivered. Colleagues in Pécs report in a terribly derogatory way that this manufacturer does not send a confirmation. If so, why do they market their product? They don’t call you back, they don’t react, they just shrug and of course the money is already with you. Never order anyone from Jola if you want to get a product or info on time!
