We bought new windows, shutters and a 12-point security locked front door for 2 years. 3 months after installation, the straps of the shutters began to disintegrate, the front door lock is locked (the key can be forced into the lock at great expense), and the low quality screws rust, plus the door case was scratched very rough when we opened the needle! There was nothing they could say to the injury ... "this is it"! When I called them, I told them my problems were that they would come out and do it ... they have been coming for 1.5 years, but they still haven't got it! The phone is not being picked up. Replace the lock with a macerated, Chinese shoddy lock that is not eu standard size! (32x57mm) I don't order anything from them anymore.

I can’t rate it any different than a star, but it’s more of a zero. I was with them weeks ago, we discussed what was needed, they said they would come out to assess the situation, they have been coming ever since… Total disorganization characterizes the shop and its operation…

My interior door arrived on it almost half a year after the order was returned after the complaint. The extra function of the door is that it can finally be closed and is not wider than the case. We sadly noticed with the mechanic guy they recommended that the edge closure at the top of the door separates from the door. They didn't even respond to my complaint. If you want a quality door within the agreed time, do not contact them. Responsibility has always been shifted to the manufacturer.

We ordered aluminum cornices from the store in Győr. I asked for a quote via email, which I received within a day. They were extremely helpful when ordering by phone and kept the deadline, we were able to pick up the ledges on the agreed day. I chose the company specifically on the recommendation of an acquaintance of mine, because their service includes not only the sale of the door, but also the organization of the installation. We ordered a piece of interior door on May 24 for a down payment. After a small tug, hooray, on the 2nd of November, they called that the door had arrived, so pay the purchase price, because only then could they deliver and install it. Since so much time had passed and since then our bathroom renovation had stood, I rushed back and forth to pay. Then we waited for the door week after week and I got the answer for all my phones, they will definitely bring it next week. I called the store in mid-December to see where the door would be. I got the answer that he was there in the store. Within a minute, my phone rang, a carpenter called to bring it in and install it 100% by Christmas, the door was with him, and he even cut off the requested 10 cm. Unfortunately, we waited in vain, we haven't had a door since, now we can even investigate from whom we can get it, if the paid door still exists somewhere ... I’m sorry I haven’t read the reviews here before, I certainly wouldn’t have chosen this company.

HAZUG, UNRELIABLE COMPANY DARE TO AVOID! We asked for an offer for an interior door at the end of April, the formal contract was concluded at the end of May. Starting in the first week of June, 8-10 weeks were said to be delivered to the store. They said they would notify me in vain they did nothing. We contacted them by phone, we got the answer, there is no unusual delay. We asked again before the end of week 10, promised for next week. Then, at week 11, he was personally told the there are no doors, they immediately called from the store and were promised for the next week i.e. week 12. Not from that it became nothing! In contrast, the "gentleman" told the store does not matter what he said on the phone but what is in the contract. Well, the contract for these doors is 6-8 and 11-12 weeks, respectively.
