Minden héten nagyon vártam az órákat, mert mind testileg, mind lelkileg nagyon feltőltődtem, segített elmélyedni önmagamban, testemmel is harmóniába kerültem. Nagyon hasznos, hogy Judit sok információt, mantrát, stb küld még emailben otthoni használatra. Mindenkinek ajánlom!
I started a Ashtanga Yoga course. I was really looking forward to the lessons every week because I was very upset both physically and mentally, helping me to deepen myself and get in harmony with my body. It is very useful that Judit sends a lot of information, mantras, etc. by email for home use. I recommend to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thai masszázson voltam Juditnál. Nagyon jó volt, amióta rendszeresen járok hozzá, azóta jobb a tartásom, és minthogyha nem görnyednék annyira a Pc előtt sem. :)
I had a Thai massage with Judit. It’s been great since I’ve been to it regularly, I’ve had better postures since then, and as if I didn’t hunch so much in front of the Pc either. :)

Judit is a wonderful teacher who helps you to become emerged in your Ashtanga practice whatever your ability, encouraging progression but always giving great options for all levels.
Judit's approach to teaching is excellent and I can not recommend her classes more highly. They have made a real difference to my mental & physical well being.
