A kérdésre választ nem kaptunk, csak egy árat, hogy az autót 950 000 forintért tudják megcsinálni. Nyilván egy több mint 10 éves autónál gondolkozóba esik az ember, mi legyen. Egyértelmű volt, hogy itt rontották el a dolgot, de jogi dolgokba nem szerettünk volna belemenni. Ez után egy független Skoda szervízben az autót 1 nap alatt 50 000 forintból megjavították, és mindent precízen elvégeztek rajta. Kérek mindenkit, hogy ha ide jön szervizelni, nagyon figyeljen oda. Visszavittem két hétig volt ott. Elöszőr amikor rákérdeztem 200 ezerért kellet volna alkatrészt cserélni. Másnap amikor hivtam öket akkor az autó jó lett alkatrész csere nélkül, majd amikor nagyon méltatlankodtam kicseréltek benne valamit 156 ezerért, de az autó végül is jó lett. Eźért is döntöttem úgy hogy kapnak még egy esélyt és velük csináltatom a müszaki vizsgát meg a 210 ezres szervizt. Nagyon rosszul tettem.... A fenti munkákért 502 ezer forintot kértek! Mindenkinek azt javaslom eszébe sem jusson itt javitatni autót, és messzire kerülje el a helyet, ha nem akarja hogy csúnyán lehúzzák. A fiúk gyakorlatilag lottózóban érzik magukat, találgatnak, tippelgetnek, kivétel nélkül sikertelenül. Úgy hoztuk el az autót hogy " Ha esetleg megtalálja valaki a problémáját, szóljunk már vissza hogy mi is volt az, mert ők is kíváncsiak lennének..." MÁRKASZERVÍZ ?! Olyan vicc, ami nem nevetséges... természetesen 12500forintos órabért felszámolták, rossz autót vittunk, rossz autót hoztunk, a problémáját nem sikerült még megkeresni sem... Bravó! Utólag több hiba feltárására került sor, de mivel bizonyítani nem tudom, hogy az ott elvégzett munkálatok szakszerűtlen végrehajtása következményei, ezért nem taglalom részletesebben. I have not been to Juvenal for a long time because I was not satisfied with the quality of the service work done. Several errors have been identified since then, but as I cannot prove that the work carried out there is the result of improper execution, I will not go into detail.
F	Ferenc Sárkány on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Direkt előre kértem árajánlatot és időpontot a 60 ezres szervizre. 2 óra helyett 3,5 órát tartott és tizenpárezerrel is drágább lett, mert az ajánlatba "elfelejtették" az alkatrész árát. A várakozás alatt egy pohár vizet nem érdemeltem úgy látszik. Soha többet nem megyek hozzájuk az biztos. A hab a tortán, hogy jóval kevesebb olaj lett a szervíz után az autóban, mint előtte volt!!! I asked for a quote and date for the 60,000 service directly in advance. Instead of 2 hours, it lasted 3.5 hours and became a dozen thousand more expensive because the price of the part was "forgotten" in the offer. While waiting for a glass of water I didn’t deserve it seems. I will never go to them again for sure. The icing on the cake is that there was much less oil in the car after the service than it was before !!!

A 60000km szervíz után vissza kellet vinni mert egy burkolat alól olaj szivárgott (a gumi gyűrű sérült volt) kérdésemre hogy nem mosnák-e le most a motort, a válasz csak annyi, hogy így hamar észre venni, hogy nem szivárog-e ismét az olaj?????
