★ ★ ★ ★ ★ …bár nem tudom milyen üzletpolitika indokolhatja, hogy az áruházban nem tartanak készleten szinte semmilyen bútort, de roppant kiábránditó és időrabló, hogy bemegy az ember, kiválaszt egy kerti asztalt két darab székkel - lássuk be, ez még nem egy nagy mutatvány - és nincs, a polcon lévő pedig nem eladó! Nem először jártam igy, de az biztos, hogy utoljára! Javasolnám esetleg kiirni, BEMUTATÓTEREM, rendelés csak online és jó drága házhozszállitással…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Förtelmesen drága a házhozszállítás, minél többet költenék náluk, annál drágább, több tízezer forintra rúg, nagyjából, mintha taxival hozatnám el az ország egyik pontjából a legtávolabbra lévőre. Ha áruházba rendelem, akkor pedig csak bankkártyás fizetés lehetséges. Sehol nem tapasztaltam a vásárlók ilyen mértékű sarcolását, soha többet nem vásárolok ettől a rugalmatlan cégtől, a lakásom komplett berendezését inkább a konkurenciánál intézem, mert ez a magatartás egy ekkora cégtől maga a botrány.
Home delivery is terribly expensive, the more I would spend on them, the more expensive it costs tens of thousands of forints, much like taking a taxi to one of the farthest parts of the country. If I order in a store, only credit card payments are possible. Nowhere have I experienced such a degree of customer busting, I will never buy from this inflexible company again, I will handle the complete furnishing of my apartment more than the competition, because this behavior is such a scandal for a company of this size.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A "Matrac 140x200 PLUS F30 DREAMZONE" matracukat kérem legyenek kedvesek átnevezni gyermek/junior matracra, vagy a honlapon tájékoztatást adni, hogy vendégágyba való ritka alvásra. Az eladó tájékoztatása szerint nem alkalmas felnőtt rendszeres alvására. Kérdésemre, hogy ezt miért nem jelzik a honlapon, annyi választ kaptam, hogy ezt személyesen szokták közölni. Online rendeltem, elmentem érte a boltba és ezzel az információval kellett gazdagodnom. Sajnálom, hogy nem írtam a panaszkönyvbe.
Please rename your "Mattress 140x200 PLUS F30 DREAMZONE" mattress to a child / junior mattress or provide information on the website for a rare sleep in a guest bed. According to the seller, it is not suitable for regular adult sleep. When asked why this is not indicated on the website, I have received so many answers that this is usually communicated in person. I ordered online, went to the store for it and had to get rich with this information. I'm sorry I didn't write in the complaint book.
