The supply is huge, that’s for sure. But the service leaves some negativity in the person. The fact that we stand by the selected product for 45 minutes because the server is talking is still outrageous. We were once, no more.

Slightly more than a year old wellpur 180x200 cm bed mattress on both sides lying down, even though my weight does not reach 80 kg either. They had a 25 year warranty on the durability of the mattress sponge, so I asked for a replacement because it is very inconvenient. It was suggested that I take it to the store during an online customer service message exchange. There it was reported that this is not how it will work then they will come for it and in phlegm style the lady stated the mattress should be immaculately clean. They didn’t arrive for the mattress by the agreed time by the time I visited the store, confused explanations resulted in the carrier getting stuck, which is an incomprehensible explanation for me, and I think the notification is expected so I don’t have to wait unnecessarily. We discussed during the phone call that they would send a bag to the mattress that we could put in. The next day a freighter arrived for the mattress, the platform of which was full of water, muddy and managed to send a 90x200 bag from the store to the 180 mattress, but it should be immaculately clean. The mattress was, in principle, put into the store for measurement, for which we did not receive any paper, I did not see the measurement report, but it was not even called. I visited the store again to ask for some information on what to do. They said the lead time was 2 weeks. They were notified by letter that the mattress was in good condition and would not be replaced. Poor products, sellers are handlers. I do not recommend anyone to buy in the store!
