Személyesen és telefonon is többször egyeztetett, világítótest-csere lett volna a tranzakció. (Tervezett új vásárlásom értéke többszöröse a réginek.) Miután az eladók megkapták a "főnöki" engedélyt a cserére, megjelentem, hogy lebonyolítsuk az ügyletet. Ekkor közölte az üzletvezető, hogy világítótestet nem cserélnek.
Ezt természetesen elsőre is megértettem volna.
Incorrect, condescending behavior, arrogant customer service.
The transaction would have been a luminaire replacement negotiated several times in person and by phone. (The value of my planned new purchase is several times the value of the old one.) After the sellers received the “boss” permission to exchange, I showed up to complete the deal. It was then that the store manager announced that the luminaire would not be replaced.
Of course, I would have understood that first.
