The lady on the phone as if on Mars has no idea anything (otherwise the fitters are okay) only man get to them !!!!!

Catastrophic communication on the part of the telephone lady, educational, condescending tone. They totally forget who the customer is and who the service provider is. Avoid everyone in the company if you can!

I contacted them for years of maintenance, telephone service was fine, the mechanic came on time and was very kind, fast and professional, I am absolutely satisfied, thank you!

I wanted to report a bug by phone as this company is an authorized dealer. The lady gently sent in a warmer climate to equip her with whom she has been tabled so far, anyway.
