Most megyek negyedszer ugyanazon ügyben, mert nem tudják a saját rendszerüket kezelni... Arról a másfél órákról, nem is beszélve amit minden egyes alkalommal feleslegesen ott töltök! Az ügyintézőknek fogalmuk sincs, mit kellene csináljanak, egy ember legalább fél óra!! Húzok sorszámot, jönnek utánam 4-en, abból véletlenül-az ügyintéző behív egyet mert félre nyomott... Mondom rendben kibírom-a pár éves gyermekemmel voltam muszáj menni egyébként... Aztán megint behív egy utánam érkezőt!!! Kb. 1 órája vártunk... Mondom elnézést, ezt mégis hogy?? Itt a sorszámom és behívja megint az utánam érkezőt? Aki ugyanolyan ügyben jött persze! Erre annyi, hogy hát ő a rendszer szerint úgy látja, hogy én később jöttem!! Mondom ez szép, és ennyi leültette elénk azt aki 5 perce jött!! Konkrétan "hidegen hagyta"! Hát nagyon vissza kellett fognom magam!!! Felálltunk és eljöttünk!! Köszönöm szépen!!! Who came on the same matter of course! So much for that, according to the system, he sees that I came later !! I say it's nice and that's how much he sat down in front of us who came 5 minutes ago !! F	Ferenc Farkas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tegnap be mentem a Gyömrői ügyfélszolgálatra ,ahol két hölgy fogadta az ügyfeleket és az egyik nemsokára fogadott is aminek nagyon örültem de sajnos közölte ,hogy csak a kolléga nője tud foglalkozni a KGFB biztosítási ügyemmel de sajnos egy órát kell várni. Ha már kezdő kollégát alkalmaz egy nagy múltú bank akkor legalább tovább képzést kellene biztosítani számukra ,hogy ne nézzen olyan tudatlanul az ügyfélre /tulajdonképpen ki küldve a bankból /mint ahogy a hölgy tette. Yesterday I went to the customer service of Gyömrő, where two ladies received the customers and one of them soon received what I was very happy about, but unfortunately he said that only the colleague's woman can deal with the KGFB insurance case but unfortunately we have to wait an hour. If a novice colleague is already employed by a bank with a long history, they should at least be provided with further training so that they do not look at the customer (actually sent out of the bank) as ignorantly as the lady did.

Ügyintéző bunkó stílusban rám szól:-Mikorra van időpontja? válaszolom:-Nem tudtam, hogy időpont kell....mire a hölgy pofákat vágva,gusztustalan szílusban: -Nagyon jó...ma még senki nem kért időpontot..csak úgy idejönnek...mondja a kolléganőjének.....Megalázó, pökhendi, bunkó stílus...Nem is értem, hogy engedheti meg egy bank, hogy ilyen dolgozói legyenek. I go into the bank today, empty, no customer. Clerk in jerk style says to me, "When is your date?" I answer: -I didn't know that a date was needed .... by the time the lady cut her jaws in a distasteful style: -Very good ... no one has asked for a date today..they just come here ... she tells her colleague ..... Humiliating, shocking, jerky style ... I don't even understand that a bank can allow you to have such employees.
D	Diána Szűcs on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pontban időpontra érkeztem, az ügyintéző barna hölgy lekezelő, pökhendi stílusban átüvölt a pulton, hogy, "kint várakozzon!!" (az utcán), "elegen vagyunk idebent!" (Tessék..???) Jelzem a "kedves kollegának", hogy időpontra érkeztem és egyébként egy ügyfél volt még rajtam kívül bent, majd ismét bunkó módon átüvölt a pulton: "majd sorra kerül" és már fordul is el. Évek óta az ügyfelük voltam, de ennyi pont elég volt a kedves kiszolgálásból , a munkatásuk stílusa felháborító, ez a fajta bánásmód és ügyfélkezelés minősíthetetlen! Köszönöm, de eddig voltam a K&H ügyfele. I arrived just in time, the clerk brunette lady shouting at the counter in a deafening, poked style, "wait outside !!" I signal to my "dear colleague" that I have arrived on time and by the way, there was a customer inside besides me, and then he jerked over the counter in a jerky way: "then it will be his turn" and he will turn away. I have been their client for years, but so many points were enough from the kind service, the style of their work is outrageous, this kind of treatment and client management is insatiable! Thank you, but I have been a K&H customer so far.
