★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem segitőkészek,sokat kell várni az ügyfeleknek.Az ügyfél oldja meg a panaszát netbankon keresztül.Pl panasztétel,kártyaigénylés.Hogy ne keljen ezzel is foglalkozniuk.Szomorú,hogy igy bánnak az emberrel.Már nagyon bánom ,hogy itt nyitottam számlát.
