This opening hours is awful! Are the customers because of them, or vice versa?
And they don't pick up the phone ... Well, there are other insurance companies ... :-(

The lady and the gentleman were kind and helpful, they kept me fully informed, I also took out compulsory insurance, upstairs in the office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nem mondanám ügyfélközpontúnak, flegma lekezelő fölényes hozzáállas. Pedig nem kisösszegü biztosítást szerettem volna kötni, de inkább megköszöntem a semmit és máshol kötöttem.
I wouldn't say client-centric, phlegm manager superior. But I wanted to tie kisösszegü not insurance, but rather thanked for anything else and ended.
