Can I give zero? Unfortunately not as I see it. Hundreds of thousands of our saved money have been lost here. Although I went to the same colleague, he did not warn me to take my money on time. I'll never put my foot here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Foglalt idöpontra mentünk, megkaptuk a visszaigazolást a foglalásról emailben, "időpontra jöttem" számot kaptunk, pár papír aláírása kellett. 35 percet vártunk, már mindenki elment, aki utánunk jött, külön kellett szólni, hogy időpontra jöttünk. Foglalt időponttal 1 óra 10 percig tartott az aláírás. Sokat van mit javítani... Még szerencse, hogy foglaltunk előre időpontot. :-(
We went to a busy time, we got the confirmation of the booking by email, we got a "date" number, we had to sign a few papers. We waited for 35 minutes, everybody left, who came after us, had to say separately that we were on time. Signed with a busy time of 1 hour and 10 minutes. There's much to improve ... Luckily, we've booked a date ahead. :-(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nyitvatartásnál sehol nincs feltüntetve, hogy a pénztár 3-kor zár. A Fő tér tele volt külföldiekkel, akik a bankba betérve nem értették a helyzetet, mert sehol nincs kiírva, még magyarul sem, hogy a bank ugyan nyitva, de a kassza zárva, a személyzet sem tudott idegen nyelven információt adni. A biztonsági őr szemmel láthatóan nagyon élvezte a helyzetet.
Nowhere in the opening hours is it indicated that the box office closes at 3 p.m. The main square was full of foreigners who did not understand the situation when they came to the bank, because nowhere in Hungarian is the fact that the bank is open but the cashier is closed, the staff could not provide information in a foreign language. The security guard apparently enjoyed the situation very much.
