P	Péter Bíró on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 órát vártam a bankifókban úgy, hogy nem volt bent egy ügyfélszolgálatos sem, majd meguntam és kérdésemre közölték, hogy amúgy se nyitnának majd bankszámlát mert késő van. I waited for 1 hour in the bank branches so that there was not a single customer service representative inside, then I got bored and was told that they would not open a bank account anyway because it is too late.

S	Scrinject on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Szombaton (2021.11.20.) érkeztünk 11 óra magasságában, mert munkaidőben kivitelezhetetlen számunkra a banki ügyintézés. Közös nullás bankszámlát szerettünk volna megszüntetni. Így mind a ketten kellettünk hozzá. Ahogy elmondtuk miért is jöttünk, azonnal azt a választ kaptuk, hogy pénztár hiányában ebben a bankfiókban nem tudjuk ezt elintézni. Mondanom sem kell, hogy bele sem nézett az úriember a számítógépbe! Végül elégedetlenségünknek hangot adva távoztunk és átmentünk az Alléba lévő bankfiókba, ahol érdekes módon 8-10 perc alatt eltudtuk intézni a dolgot, pedig ott sem volt pénztár!!! A terminál csodákra képes ugyebár! Úgyhogy "köszönjük" az ügyfélközpontú hozzáállását az Árkádi bankfiókban dolgozó úriembernek! Üdv. Bő negyed óra csücsükélés után közölte velem egy fiatalember, hogy csak akkor tudnak segíteni (egy igazolást szerettem volna kérni), ha legközelebb időpontra jövök, a viszontlátásra! :D I arrived three-quarters of an hour before closing, the place rumbling from emptiness. Kíváncsian várom milyen lesz hosszútávon az ügyintézés náluk. :/ De addigis várok még egy órát, mért is lenne jobb dolgom Interestingly enough, as a bank clerk, they can’t do enough to take a picture from google of the old opening hours and put up a new one. É	Évike Varga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Az előző véleményeket figyelmen kívül hagytam, gondoltam hátha már cselekedtek valamit a szolgáltatás javítása érdekében. Sajnos nem. Nem voltak hajlandóak fogadni minket időpont hiányában pedig egy ember se volt, hárman malmoztak, még 3/4 óra volt zárásig. Soha többé ez a bankfiók, ilyet egy másikban se tapasztaltam. Nagyon gáz.

(Ez tavaly decemberben történt) Az ott lévő hölgy (tájékoztatása szerint csak helyettesített ebben a fiókban) közölte, hogy a megnevezett ügyintéző, szombaton nem dolgozik, és szombaton a rendszer jellemzően nem engedi a számlanyitást. Ennek ellenére felajánlotta, hogy megpróbál nekünk segíteni. Nem volt rövid idő, de mindent el tudott intézni, mert a központból már elő volt készítve minden. Sajnos becsúszott egy hiba, ami nem a fiók hibája, de a céges kártyákat a cég székhelyére kértük, ami félig sikerült. Az egyik kártya oda érkezett, a másik az állandó lakcímemre, amit még előtte a telefonos egyeztetés során jeleztem, hogy az ingatlan eladásra került, ezért én is a székhelyre kérném.
