Eddig még nem sikerült szinte semmit komplikáció nélkül megoldaniuk sajnos. Csatolva a kép egy példa behívási sorrendre. A fiókvezető évente átlag 2-3× cserélődik, az alkalmazottak alulképzettek, a rendszer lassú és tele van hibával valamint a banki folyamatok körülményesek és hosszúak.
Tudnak a problémákról és mégis...semmi sem történik.
Frissítés!
Felhívott a fiókvezető, és egy személyes egyeztetés után kérésünkre minden igényünket megoldottuk. Bár ez nem változtat a sok vesződségen ami a múltban történt, nagyon biztató a jövőre nézve!

So far, they have managed to solve almost anything without complications unfortunately. Attached to the image is an example of a call order. The branch manager changes an average of 2-3 times a year, the staff is under-trained, the system is slow and full of errors, and banking processes are cumbersome and lengthy.
They know about the problems and yet ... nothing happens.
Update!
The branch manager called and after a personal consultation we solved all our needs at our request. While this doesn’t change the many hassles that have happened in the past, it is very encouraging for the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were at this Bank asking for a mortgage offer. As we wanted to take the offer to read it at home and show it to our Hungarian lawyer, they urged us to sign it right away or else we should leave it there. So we went without the offer. We never experienced such bad treatment.
