Amióta átépítették a belteret, még barátságosabb, az ember nem azt érzi, mint mondjuk a OTP esetében, hogy egy bankban van. Nekem kellemes érzés volt betérnpi a fiókba. Egyáltalán nem hasonlít pénzintézetre, inkább mint egy kávézó. Az ügyféltér barátságos, elkülönülő asztalok vannak, kényelmes székek, GYEREKSAROK, ha esetleg valaki gyermekkel jön, rá is gondoltak. Gyors, precíz ügyintézés, közvetlen, kedves alkalmazottak.
I escaped from OTP about 7 years ago, it was already good to enter and open an account with them. Ever since the interior was rebuilt, it’s even friendlier, one doesn’t feel like, say, in the case of OTP, that he’s in a bank. It was a pleasant feeling for me to enter the drawer. It doesn’t look like a financial institution at all, more like a cafe. The customer area has friendly, separate tables, comfortable chairs, a CHILDREN'S CORNER, and if someone comes with a child, they thought about it. Fast, precise administration, direct, kind employees.
