Valójában a málna olyan szinten elnyomja a barackot, hogy nem is lehet érezni a kajszit. Ez a Kaldeneker lekvár számomra nagy csalódás. Szerintem a nevet meg kell változtatni Málnalekvár kajszival-ra, vagy a meglévő recepten erősen javasolt még dolgozni. Apricot jam with raspberries. For me, this means that the taste of the peach should dominate. In fact, the raspberries suppress the peach to such a level that you can’t even feel the apricot. This Kaldeneker jam is a big disappointment for me. I think the name should be changed to Raspberry Jam with Apricot, or it is strongly recommended to work on the existing recipe.
