In September 2019, we bought a new Bauknecht washing machine here. There was nothing wrong with the man wanting to wash with him. However, for some reason, the detergent and rinse aid did not drain from the tank during washing. It was also replaced with a warranty. Then, after 2 months, machine 2 failed. The panel did not work. There was water left in the machine and the washing machine didn't let it down but sucked in more water. It has been replaced again. Then this problem was repeated. Also after 2 months. After that, we went to the store. We tried to talk to the seller there. We arrived on time and were not closed. Did the seller say he wasn't worth dealing with us because he was just "locking" ?? We complained about our dust problem. He said no one had brought machines back like this yet. That's not good. What a coincidence that all of us have deteriorated. We asked the seller for the buyers book. He said he couldn't give it away. After that, we asked us to talk to the boss. It was hard to reach by phone. The boss again offered to be replaced. Great now after this, who else wants to test a 4th machine that will be good for this. We wrote it in the customer book. After that, I do not recommend anyone to buy a household appliance here.

Zero can’t be given to start with this trivia, even though I deserve it. This "company" is disgraceful. My order was not fulfilled, but they were misinformed instead, let's say only once, they haven't been worth a response since then. (!!!) I have never experienced such disrespect from anyone in connection with a simple purchase. You don't have to lie and disappear. I also trade online, but if I did my job that way, I could have pulled the blinds a long time ago. Irresponsible, I don't care about scammers! Avoid far!

Lots of that one star too! Don't spend your money here, but rather have a drink. I ordered two headsets, which are about 15-eft 50% off, when I ordered, I see 25-eft + post the 2pcs. That's interesting in itself. They send after 2 working days, there is only 1 piece. Would you like this other type? I looked at the offer, it was a ~ 5eft cheaper type, I asked to replace it with the missing piece. So 1 of the original + 1 of the cheap. There is no answer to this for another working day. I write to them, there are two more business days to arrive, if you don’t come by then, please. The answer to that, they gave up today, I will get tomorrow. The next day you will receive 1 cheaper headset for the price of 1 more expensive + post office. A separate article could be written about how the packaging looked!
