The restaurant is situated in the heart of the city of Szeged in Karasz utca
They have indoor and outdoor tables as well
The workers are very nice and friendly
The place from the inside is nice and attractive
They provide huge selection of food
We liked the place alot it absolutely desereves five stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had lunch there with my girlfriend and unfortunately we found a worm in our food. they gave us an another one but we also found a worm in it. moreover the staff had a bad attitude towards us. and the service was poor. we are extremely disappointed.

In terms of customer service experience, it is one of the worst Turkish restaurants I have ever been to, in Hungary. The counter is understaffed, extremely slow and disorganized. The prices are sometimes inaccurate. They do not offer discount for take-away orders either.

The place is authentic turkish, meats are good, pide looks good, and I may come again, but this experience was horrible. We came during rush hour and the cook was under a lot of pressure,still no excusr
