"A volt Kállay kúriát 1777-ben Kállay János építtette Giuseppe Aprilis olasz építőmesterrel, aki a nagykállói megyeházát is tervezte. Az északi, hullámos fal kialakítása, valamint a folyosó cseh-boltozata még ma is dísze az épületnek."
