Kettő könyvet szerettem volna feladni eladás miatt, mindkettő már becsomagolt állapotban volt. Az elsőnél direkt kiemeltem, hogy Budapestre lenne házhozszállítás, a hölgy szerint 390 Ft lesz a postaköltség. A másiknál szintén 390 Ft. Rákérdeztem, hogy postán maradó és házhozszállítás esetén is? Igen volt a válasz. Ezek alapján az információk alapján beszéltem meg a vevőkkel a továbbiakat és kaptam meg tőlük a könyvek árát a postaköltséggel együtt. Másnap egy másik hölgynél szerettem volna feladni a csomagokat, aki közölte, hogy az egyiket biztos nem lehet házhozszállítással kérni csak postán maradóra, mert vastagabb mint 2 cm (ezt előző nap biztos nem lehetett látni). A másik pedig, igaz, hogy nem vasatagabb mint 2 cm, de mivel budapesti a szállítás, az is legyen inkább postán maradó. Postán maradónál "mondjam meg "ezeknek", hogy fáradjanak be a postára a csomagjukért" ("ezek" alatt a címzetteket értette). Ha mégis házhozszállítással kérem, az 1700 Ft lesz. Mondom, én tegnap nem ezeket az információkat kaptam a másik hölgytől. Úgy gondolom, hogy ez nem így működik, már mindent megbeszéltem a vevőkkel, és kínos lesz ha most variálnom kell. A válasz az volt, hogy nekik is kínos, ha feladják házhozszállítással és visszaküldik, mert arra még rá is kell fizetniük. Ennyivel el volt intézve a problémám. A kedves dolgozókban minden volt csak segítőkészség nem, még egy bocsánatkérést sem kaptam, amiért az előző napi hölgy téves információkat adott meg és ezzel alaposan lejáratott a vevők előtt. Nem sűrűn jártam eddig a kálozi postára (szerencsére) és ez az eset csak még biztosabbá tett abban, hogy ezután is tartsam magam ehhez a szokásomhoz. The other, it is true that it is not more than 2 cm thick, but since the delivery is in Budapest, it should also remain in the post office. When staying in the mail, "tell" these "to get tired of the mail for their parcel" ("these" meant the recipients). If you do with home delivery, it will be 1700 HUF. I say, I didn’t get this information from the other lady yesterday. I don’t think that’s how it works, I’ve already discussed everything with the customers and it will be embarrassing if I have to vary now. The answer was that it was embarrassing for them too to give up with home delivery and send it back because they even had to pay for it. That's how much the problem was solved. Everything in the kind staff was nothing but helpfulness, I didn’t even get an apology for the previous day’s lady giving false information and thus expiring thoroughly in front of customers. I haven’t been to the Calais post office so far (thankfully) and this case only made it even safer for me to stick to this habit.
