I went to the store the other day and specifically had to wait half an hour. There was no line in front of me, at both counters the order was placed by the professionals (which is okay) and the sellers recorded it modestly. After queuing for 30 minutes (seating nowhere) and memorizing to signal to the boss that people were standing here for a long time (three people were already waiting behind me), came the overheated emotional intelligence response: “I was expecting so much at Tesco last time!”. Yeah, then okay… Though I didn’t accuse them of anything, they did their job diligently, I just intended to send a constructive message to the boss. Obviously, even so, I was uneducated and impatient… At least one understanding approval: “yes, we know, we’ve said it before, unfortunately that’s the case, thank you for your patience…” Nothing. True, greeting also rarely goes. When I was in line, we were done in two minutes, I only had one question about the products on display. It would be nice to have at least one seller in the showroom. Anyway, this was my second visit to the store lately, I came first, I didn’t wait all the way through… I suggest everyone get ready (if you go there after all), you can only be pleasantly surprised. The store's offer and expertise are fine, but don't expect anyone to treat you like a "dear customer." I have excellent news for management: there is room for improvement.

If they pay attention they do a good job, but that hasn’t happened lately. The scaling is ruined and you are asked to take it back to do it. The edge wrapping has also been corrupted, obviously you have to take out what they have corrupted, they will fix it then you can go for it again .... I don't think it's completely fair ....

We put together a computer desk as a friend. The plan was made in-store with the vendors. At the time of receipt, only the spectacular scratches of the cable glands appeared, and they immediately advertised it and went into the exchange with great difficulty (reaction: "now we scratched together when packed in the car?"), But for the exchange we also had to go to the company's premises. Then when we got home, we immediately started assembling. Then the more serious problems emerged. They mentioned in the store that "of course" the furniture had been put together in advance so that everything was fine, they just forgot to say that it was all glued (the glue was spectacularly left on it) ruptured at each hole. The holes for tapping were spoiled on one edge of the table top, all 5 holes were 4cm inwards, but no matter, they drilled a row at the right size as well. Photo of everything, received. They were then told to disassemble the (glued together) furniture and bring it in, and then they would investigate the problem. No comment ...
