E	Elke Topf on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sehr zu empfehlen der Tierarzt! Waren im Urlaub in Zalakaros. Er spricht perfekt deutsch. Macht Hausbesuche. Mußten leider unseren Hund in Ungarn einschläfern lassen. Nach zwei Tagen konnten wir die Urne abholen und mit nach Hause nehmen. Highly recommended the vet! Goods on vacation in Zalakaros. He speaks perfect German. Makes home visits. Unfortunately, we had to have our dog put to sleep in Hungary. After two days, we were able to pick up the urn and take it home.

A doktor úr nagyon rugalmas akar hetvegen is barmikor el tudtam erni. Az ivartalanitast precízen es jol végezte a varrás gyonyoru volt a kutyánk pedig nagyon jol viselte. Az asszisztens nagyon kedves es segítőkész. Nagyon meg vagyok elégedve a 10 év alatt egyszer sem volt miert panaszkodnom. Halas vagyok es remelem meg sokaig el tudja latni családunk kedvencet. Our 10 year old Dachshund has been supplying us with any problems this year. The doctor wants to be very flexible at weekends and I could get away any time. The neutering was done accurately and well, the sewing was fast and our dog wore very well. The assistant is very kind and helpful. I am very satisfied in the 10 years I have never complained. I'm fishy and hoping for a long time you can feed our family favorite.

F	Ferenc Marton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sajnos nemrégiben elhunyt a kutyusunk , ő vállalta a hamvasztás lebonyolítását majd a mai napon átvettük egy dobozban hamvasztás 10.000 Ft felirattal . Nem tudom mit szólna ha egy hozzátartozóját így kapná kézhez. Kritikán aluli empátiával eggyütt természetesen. Mint írta a megbeszélt áron és időben tudtuk átvenni , így kevés ráhatásom volt arra hogy az ön rendelési idejébe esett az adott időpont... Természetesen a beszélgetés során a higgadtan, sértő szavakat mellőzve fejeztem ki a véleményem sajnálom ha ez önnek gondot jelentett. A hamvakat egy kisméretű kartondobozban vettük át amin az adott felirat szerepelt (ebben benne volt ugyan az urna) , de az első benyomást a felirat és a kartondoboz adta!! Továbbá mivel önnél vettük át a hamvakat az esztétikai problémákat a hamvak átadása elött orvosolhatta volna........ (Átadáskor nem kértek se nevet , se címet!!!!!) Nem az orvosi szaktudását és a hétköznapi munkáját értékeltem , hanem az adott szolgáltatást.... The ashes were taken over in a small cardboard box with the inscription (this included the urn), but the first impression was given by the inscription and the cardboard box !! Also, since we took over the ashes from you, you could have remedied the aesthetic problems before handing over the ashes ........ (They did not ask for a name or address when handing over !!!!!) I did not evaluate your medical expertise and everyday work, but the service ....
